- Angela Renee White aka Blac Chyna has had her lawsuit against the Kardashian family thrown out by a judge.
- Chyna was suing the Kardashians for "getting her reality show on E!" cancelled because they were painting her as a "bad mother" in the press and breach of contract.
- The judge says he has never seen the show but "can't imagine E! would want to make a show involving a terrible mother".
- The real gag is: Chyna never had a contract with E!. Rob & Chyna was greenlit solely based on Rob signing a contract. Chyna was paid an appearance fee per episode to appear on the show but was never under contract contingent to the show.
- The judge threw the lawsuit out because Chyna had no enforceable contract and therefore, the Kardashians could not stop her from filming a reality show.
- Chyna will be back in court next week with Rob Kardashian for the same reason. She, however, will likely lose that suit as well because she took out a restraining order on Rob and can't film a show with him due to the guidelines of the restraining order.
